Set the system's basic settings.


Features explained in this article

General Settings

These are the basic settings which affect random areas in the system.

  • Branch at Login: Select which branch comes up whenever someone logs in. Either the Landing box or the Last Visited Box can be selected.
  • Call Landing Branch: Select which branch goes first when a call comes in.
  • SMS Landing Branch: Select which branch goes first when a text comes in.
  • Bookmark Group: Select an album from which the bookmark recordings will be taken. (If no recordings are entered, the system will use the default recordings.
  • Bookmark Menu Recording: Select the recording to play when a caller presses 8 to save a bookmark.
  • Bookmark Saved Recording: Select the recording to play once a recording is saved.
  • Bookmark Branch: Select the branch in which bookmarks can be accessed.
  • Default Info: A recording can be selected to play whenever a caller presses 5 from a library branch.
  • Dial Prefix: Whenever a caller arrives to a connect branch and is connected to a different number, the caller ID will come up with the prefix entered here.

EZ Telepay Recordings

The recordings for EZ Telepay can be entered. If no recordings are selected, the default recordings will play. ( The default recording is entered beneath all of the selections.)

  • Recordings GroupRecording: Select the album in which the EZ telepay recordings are.
  • Phone Number: Select a recording which will ask for the phone number.
  • Amount: Select a recording which will ask callers to enter the amount they would like to pay, and to press the # key when finished.
  • CC Number: Select a recording which will ask callers for their 16 digit card number.
  • Expiration: Select a recording which will ask for a two digit month/two digit year expiration.
  • CVV: Select a recording which will ask for the CVV number.
  • Zip Code: Select a recording which will ask for the billing zip code.
  • Cconfirm: Select a recording which will ask callers to press 1 if they are done and ready to process, or 2 to return.
  • Additonal Amount: Select a recording to play if the pay branch was set to ask for an additional amount.
  • Voice Mail Prompt: Select a recording which will ask whether the caller would like to record a message along with their payment by pressing 1, or pressing 2 otherwise.
  • Voicemail: Select a recording which will ask callers to leave a message after the tone and then press #.

Default Branch Settings

These are the settings which will affect the branches.

  • Replay: Enter the digit for callers to press if they want specific recordings in library branches to replay.
  • Repeat: Enter the number to enter if a caller wants to put a specific number on repeat.
  • Go Back: Enter the number for callers to enter to go back to a previous menu.
  • Wait Seconds: Enter the amount of seconds for the system to wait after playing a recording before going to the No Route Found.
  • If Invalid: Select the action to be taken if an invalid digit was entered.
  • If No Route Found: Select the action to be taken if there is no input entered.

These are the settings which will affect the branches.
